How long does setup take?▾
About ten minutes. Upload your member list as a CSV — export it from whatever you already use, or download our template — and you're ready to post your first opening. There's a guided quick start inside the app that walks you through it, including a practice run so your members know what to expect before a real slot opens.
Do my members have to sign up for anything?▾
No. Members never create an account or password. They get an email when a slot opens, and claiming it is a single tap — their name is already filled in. If they want text alerts as well, they can turn those on themselves from a link in any alert email.
Is my data secure?▾
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely, both in transit and at rest.
What will you do with member data?▾
Nothing. Your data is yours. We will never contact your members directly or sell your member lists to anyone—ever.
Is there a contract?▾
No. Your first month is free, then the service runs month-to-month. Simply cancel anytime from your settings page and your service will automatically stop at the end of the current month—you won't be billed again.
